Will Facebook charge me for having this installed on my site?

No. You only have to pay for advertising when you decide to use it. Facebook will show people your content when you are ready to promote it. This is called “pay-per-click” and you will only pay when someone clicks on your advertisement. We will have the paid advertising section turned off after we install the Facebook codes.
